Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my order ship?

Within India, you can expect your orders within 7-10 business days of purchase. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. After order confirmation, you can request your tracking number during shipping via email at support@bornjunction.com

2. How can I change my shipping address?

If you want to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us via support@bornjunction.com  within 24 hours after making an order. If a time span of 24 hours has passed and we have not received and shipping change request, we will proceed with the order and no further changes will be processed.

3. What happens if the courier service is unable to locate my address?

In such cases, please check one of the following two reasons:

-The shipping address provided is correct

If this is the case, it might be because the carrier service is unable to locate your address. However, we are willing to reship your order and no extra fees are needed. Please contact our customer service via support@bornjunction.com and we will reply back within 24-48 hours. 

-The shipping address provided is incorrect

In this case, we will have to charge extra shipping fee to reship your orders back to your correct address from our manufacturing facility.

4. Will i be able to cancel or modify my order?

Please reach out to our customer service through support@bornjunction.com for any modification or cancellation of your orders. However, if 24 hour passes from the time of order confirmation, then no cancellation or modification will be allowed due to our manufacturing facility already receiving it.

5. I have received defective products, what should I do?

If you have received products that seem defective i.e misprinted/damaged/wrong, please contact us within 10 days of you receiving your order. Please provide us an image of the product, order number along with a clear description, and the preferred action- reshipment or refund. Any error deemed defective on our part will be handled at our expense. Please do not return the product until further communication from us has been established.
